A little bit of ‘he said/she said’ in these updates, truth likely is somewhere in between the two opposing views.

Very few take-aways for me but a few things I noted:

1. Some contention over who drove the immune mice business, with both parties apparently taking credit for this.

2. It looks like Fang failed to pay the ASX listing fee.

3. Most of the issues raised against Fang (strategy, business development etc.) appear to be things that would have been discussed and ratified at board meetings, so on face value it seems invalid to pin these on Fang.

Nicely put- honestly quite a surprise in the level of CG considering Fang’s background with public companies
