I can see everyone is asking the same question; "am I missing something that sp is not right at this level here!"

I don't think any of of us missing anything. We are all at the right track atm.

The sp at this level is clearly not correct, which means heavily undervalued.

Your calculation for $250 per tonne of Li2O which implies to 20c sp is also very cheap. It was $545 in WES-KDR deal.

So the valuation for the sp has to be more than double which means it has to be around 40c now because the resource is getting bigger over the time.

But it's the market who has been lazy and stupid IMO. They will wake up one day and will see where the sp is, then will start "smartly" buying! (remember the "smart money")

As @vmp said "anyone not holding will regret and say ‘why didn’t I buy LTR despite the enormous deposit and NDAs already mentioned?’ ". I will show them these lines if I can remember. LOL...
