much of the cuts made don't show up to us plebs, just as we didn't know how the Libs were working out their reduced spending by allocating funds than restricting access to the funds so the remainder could be clawed back into consolidated revenue (double counting and robbing NDIS, medicare, health and education of funds).
next election we should hear about plans for tax reform imo.... as they've said, they won't touch it till they can get a mandate to action such plans.
