    Guess the subject line ought to grab one's (maybe even 2 ir 3 people's) attention.

    One of the best part about the dividend is because of BTC beoing a Pooled Development Fund ... the dividend is Tax Free (or in taxation office terminology "Tax Exempt" which to my underdstanding means Tax Free).

    Poised to be an interesting & perhaps highly sought after "shell" when BTC have finalised their current portfolio divestments & distributions to shareholders
