Yes, you are correct they do have nearly 4 quarters of cash remaining, however companies often look at capital raising whilst they are in a stronger rather than weaker cash flow position.
Whilst I am unsure of the current product production capacity, If they continue to deliver a strong and steady stream of new contracts / agreements we may see the need for plant and equipment expansion and a funding requirement.
