My 2 cents. Cap raises are speed bumps. They slow it all down. More shares means less value and lower SP. Keeps companies ticking along while holders have to wait for profit on SP. Management keep their car space.

No need for a cap raise, as the market cap just doubled plus. NZS in great shape short, medium term. Long term nearly locked. See tomorrow's investment webinar. . Directors, owners managers, cleaners.. Everyone has skin in the game. That's beautiful for us. Means we all winning. And winning we are.
