The valuation is absurd, and the market is correcting - again, real value is created over time - this has been a nice little day trader led explosion.

It will sink as reality sets in, and that's ok, real value will be determined over the passage of time. That's up to management, but to see a company put out a trading halt for a 400k contract, to me, that's sloppy.

Will need to improve when determining what is material.

You aren't stupid but some of the things you write make no sense.

I have seen many companies with much larger MC's (several hundred million), go into a halt to announce a strategic partnership with no revenues attached!!!
