It seems most aspects of 88E are up for debate from the likes of the Doctor and Warnie.
Would it be fair to say that there is no possible way they could argue that the insto's are stocking up, driving Mum and Dad retailers out?
To me with my extremely limited knowledge of the technicalities of the Oil industry , its the biggest hint that we are onto something big.
