I wouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions. They have the money from the last raise (from idiots like me) and they have the new wash plant and a lot of ore sitting on the rom pad. We will know one way or another within the next couple of months.
If they do manage to get through this tight period the upside is massive. If you are going to invest in a mine in Nigeria you have got to accept a whole lot of risk.
