I just LOVE the way they put down infrastructure costs in the INVESTMENTS column. If Beijing turns into a duster as I suspect then they have invested around $4 million in a white elephant. Until any asset has the capability of generating an income it is not a proven asset! QTK might be doing just the same in South Africa......
