Pennant is a triangular flag
Pendant is is a piece of jewelry or a light that hangs.
Bullish Flag formations are signs of consolidation in an uptrending move. They occur as pauses in the price action where profits are taken before accumulation returns to continue driving the price higher. The can also occur in bearish trending stocks - you can have a bullish or bearish flag formation.
