There are two competing forces.
1. How well the company is actually doing in terms of sales and revenue, without enjoying the support of the marketing juggernaut of big Pharma.
2. The sentiment towards the stock in market with investors big and small, long term holders and traders who see an opportunity.

There are a large number of shares which also adds inertia to the price. I think your revenue numbers are probably about right, but its anybodys guess how investors with a short attention span and high expectations support the company's share price. In short, on its own probably not enough. But if analysts and brokers start supporting it and are enthusiastic about its potential, and with enough media coverage then it could well be rerated.
