@cainen, that room looks like it's a typical entertaining room on the site of a Chinese company.
I can only speak from my own experience as an international visitor to Chinese companies and I can say that all of the dining I enjoyed when I was with with Chinese customers was paid for by the Chinese.
Generally, their attitude to business entertainment and meals is the opposite of what generally happens in Australia, where the supplier pays. When Chinese customers came to Australia, my company paid for their meals and entertainment.
