Of course the cost have gone up. I wouldn't say blown out, but gone up.
I don't run a business and am not savoy like that, but I do know, that you can't grow on the smell of an oily rag. You need good people and luckily all the bad ones that couldn't do anything with AJX are out.
You have to build a team and the way I see it, NC isn't about building empires, he is about putting just the right amount of staff in the right spots. Strategic brilliance... Its a skill IMO!
