Would you say that some people working in the industry are not open to change? Lots of grey haired FP still using pencils and their back office staff nervous about being retrained if intiger services get utilised. And have tried their best to downramp as hard as they can since the launch of boom. To me reading all these sugar coated downramped posts, this is how it seems to me. I'm happy as a shareholder to hold & let all the peices be put in place & give FP enough time for staff thier staff to be retrained, and not sweat the small stuff.
