I would absolutely agree many in the industry aren’t open to change. It’s frustrating as hell being in an industry trying to become a true profession when it’s held back by some fossils still sitting on entry (low) level education reminiscing about the good old sales days.

The problem is that what Intiger currently offer has been offered for years and while it’s gained some traction, many just aren’t interested or haven’t had too outsourcing experiences in the past. This was not understood on this forum initially and has been refuted when anyone has said it. For this reason I think Lilly is integral and potentially the game changer if they get it out to market ASAP and grab the first mover advantage. I know Dover has ROBO but I don’t think that is offered to the market so Lilly could possibly get a lot more interested.
