Does anyone imagine the price going as low as 4c (or lower?) if there's a continued absence of a Jorc, BFS and offtake for SJ, and no more than prospecting licence "applications" submitted for Kolosori and Tenement D that have no guarantees of getting approved by the SIG? 

I'm not seeing evidence for the enthusiastic "40 cents" prediction as being either realistic or possible in the absence of these things. Can anyone explain why this time the blue skies 40 cent predictions are going to come to fruit?
