4C???

Why hasn't FBR released it's 4C for the quarterly ending March yet? I was expecting 4C ending March to be released by this week. 4C should give us strong clues to when FBR will need to CR again.

In absence of 4C, I revisited the previous half yearly report. This report states that they had 16m cash balance at the end of December. It also lists going concerns for the company. This report was released on 28th of February and since then the world has been flipped on it's head. COVID-19 outbreak was declared a pandemic, world economy is in melt down and FBR has gone into a hibernation mode.

I am assuming that they had planed to successfully build the display build and CR on the back of this. Well, this plan has gone out the window and the R&D tax incentive is in doubts. This makes 'Going Concern' an even bigger concern for FBR. So many ways things can go wrong in the next 6months; What if they can't raise more capital and what if the government suspended the R&D tax incentive program. Even if they can raise more capital, but at what price? and what does this mean for the company and the existing shareholders.

Anyone else concerned about this? or is it just me? FBR's not willing to communicate what their strategy is for the next 6 months, how they plan to keep afloat for the next 6-12 months. We are kept in the dark as usual. Hopefully FBR can give us more clarity and directions when they eventually release the quarterly report.
