    It’s hard to take these announcement seriously. Mike mentioned at the road show last year that there was no plans to send the Hx overseas in 2020. Now all of a sudden they are saying that they had plans to send the hx overseas but can’t anymore due to COVID-19. Very convenient isn’t it?
