Exactly. SOC aka 4CE ran into the Takeovers Panel because of non reporting. If the Company Secretary is not up to the simple job of reporting Directors stock movements then there is a question of incompetence to answer for. To be on top of the pile or major shareholder is very alarming as where are the reports. Great to be buying but if the simple jobs are too difficult it is no wonder those assay results are now 3 months in the laboratory. DYOR
