Yeah I would not say it is in free fall any more.
It has broken out of the primary downtrend already and is consolidating with higher lows. 20 year moving average is about 22500 to 23000'ish so it is actually at the ass end of it's very long term trend channel.
It would basically take a GFC or WW3 to cause it to crash further now. ASX is in the same bucket. Right on the bottom of LT trend.
This is the time to buy and I have piled in the last week or two now that maximum fear has subsided and the market is starting to realise that all the BS that was fed to it about the world going to poop has not actually happened and the global economy is actually in pretty OK shape.
This is all macro forces too that don't really have as big an impact on this one little Li play in the DRC as you believe.
4CE is oversold by impatient retail holders IMO and someone is soaking up any and all supply that comes there way. The number of shares trading hands is fairly decent without the number of buys waiting in the queue changing a lot.
Reality should kick in soon
