Not sure why you posted or adjusted your indicators if we both agree they are lagging but anyways I guess it suited your agenda.

As you mentioned "news will blow TA out of the water" so I'm not sure why you felt the need to post an over complicated chart when you also posted the conflicting statement above..


Simply put, (like the simple to understand chart I posted) the stock is in a downtrend, by consistently making lower highs and lower lows.
When 4CE starts to making higher lows and higher highs you can say it's in an up trend, which it is currently not.
This is something I'm sure we can both agree on.?

The support/resistance lines of 4.3c and 3c are well respected I'm sure you agree, as have been other S/R lines.
If price isn't supported at 4.3c then in all likelihood it will retrace to the next supported line/area of 3c.
