FlexiGroup Limited (?FlexiGroup?) announces that the interim dividend in respect of the half year to 31 December 2010 of 5.0 cents per fully paid ordinary share will be paid on 15 April 2011.

The dividend will be 100% franked at the rate of 30%. The dividend will be paid to all FlexiGroup ordinary shareholders who are registered on the share register as at the record date of 5.00pm on 16 March 2011.

With T3 doesn't that mean you would need to have brought by close of trade 11/3 to be on the register by 5pm 16/3/11
