    Au contraire JIR. Given the amount of money ploughed into Citic's development just next door - once that facility is near completion the marginal cost of tapping into another 1b tonne of ore just next door would be lower, provided shared infrastructure arrangements were in place (which they are).

    And with Iron Ore prices still high demand does not appear to be abating anytime soon.
