    4DS, Inc. is a subsidiary of 4D-S, Ltd. an Australian corporation, based in Fremont, CA.

    The Company has developed a material system to produce low power resistive memory (ReRAM) for any application. The team is comprised of industry veterans in material science, process, equipment, integration and product development.
