@Freehold, personally I'm looking for signs of progress made to date and of commercial interest that has been shown by other parties. Reason being is that this tech has been kicking around since 2007 and has passed before the eyes of many deeply involved in the industry in US and Singapore. It has had several collaborators and investors in the past. Yet only now has it been astutely picked up by a small player in Perth from whence 4D-S appears to have originated. It's a strange situation given they have been operating in the milieu of Silicon Valley for some years.
