I think a few might be put off because the implied mc is already $30M but we're not talking about another tired old social media RTO here. This is something many of the larger semiconductor companies are pursuing quite vigorously. Of course it's still speculative whether 4D-S will get there first - or at all - but the risk/reward seems pretty compelling to me. It has the wow factor of a SOR, AZK, but is perhaps more akin to VTX in that it's a disruptive hardware tech with real world applications that can be verified and potential commercialised in the near-term - not 10 years form now.

But look, I'm not up with the latest in hardware engineering, so I'm only making these assumptions based on a bit of research and the fact that I have a fairly high regard for the types of projects Forrest Capital and Tony Grist tend to go for.
