No web link señor, just a logical link only - We know that the IP is 4DSs so suggesting they cannot disclose information at their discretion is nonsense.
IMO the NDAs are one way, HGST & IMEC sign NDA for 4DS IP. I cannot think of any reason why they would require a mutual confidentiality agreement, but who knows maybe I am wrong, even then it wouldn't stop 4DS from disclosing its own details it would only prevent them disclosing the other parties information.
Talking of NDAs, hopefully enquiring potential acquiring parties are leaky entities and this is the cause of the share price run up of late......I certainly hope so at least
