    Maybe so, but that would be a full bait and switch . The value proposition that we entered into when we bought 4DS shares is based on them developing the tech with the aim of selling it outright. I'd be more than peed off if they changed their approach and went with any form of retaining the tech for themselves.
    I don't know about the legalities but it would be unpleasant for everyone involved.
