A lot of us have been in 4DS for a while. The last time the SP had a run like this was in anticipation of the first iteration/wafer results - people were ramping hard that it was "a lock" and we were heading straight for a platform lot.
In June last year 4DS made an announcement that they had basically achieved DRAM speeds, which should have caused a rerate, but it barely moved the needle.
I'm expecting a positive announcement regarding results and a start date for the platform lot. It will satisfy the medium long termers that things are heading the right way, but those expecting a takeover annoucement will be heading for the exits.
