The imec engineer I spoke to who was inside the fab working directly on 4DS IS ReRAM seem to think it was just a matter of time.
wirh respect creature, I suspect my contact has more experience with the trials and tribulations to be overcome yet by 4DS. He was bullish.
and that is all I will say on that!
