This is fanciful.
You're saying the BOD have placed a Chairman at the behest of an "acquirer", when not a single investor has more than 5% of the company? They have also agreed to give the guy a large fortune of shareholders money (and enrich themselves at the same time) on the promise of doing a deal that is secretly done?
Actually, it's not fanciful, it's illegal.
