No clue tbh, if I had to hazard a guess it's likely just another bot trying to cap the share price so as to allow the buyer can accumulate more shares
I don't necessarily mind all these bots/ cappers whatever you want to call them though - it usually means someone with a fair amount of money/ know how is confident that the long term share price will be significantly higher than it is now, and they want to pin the current share price down so they can slowly accumulate a large holding.
When it comes time and the chip is ready to be acquired, the cappers will let it run and nothing will hold it back
