Imec and Western Digital subsidiaries don't play schoolyard pranks, they are obviously very happy with how this arrangement is playing out, and I agree with the poster/s whom suggested that a suitor will come from within the same stable in Belgium.

30 US Patents speaks volumes in itself, all inhouse, that is solid value just there, and I may be incorrect here when I say, none have been challenged before being granted...very happy to be corrected by long term holders.

The only negative I can currently see is, shareholders expecting some massive buy-out price, with expectations over inflated, that conclusion borne about by released figures in this space.

AND, not forgetting the 1.3 Billion shares on the register.
