No one will care how much money 4DS spent to commercialise the technology, or what the prevailing share price is at the time.

As long as there are two or more interested parties that know the real metrics, the sale value will be close to the strategic value of the technology.
Since DRAM and Flash generate billions of dollars of profit per year for memory makers, everyone will want to own 4DS to protect their returns into the future - reduced for the remaining risk in taking the technology to market.

This situation only exists because the ASX is uninformed. Apart from vague statements and hearsay at AGMs, no one knows the metrics to price this into the share price. Therein lies the opportunity.

Time will tell how this plays out, obviously I'll be very happy to be wrong, $4 plus a share would be very nice, and if what you say is on the money, well, any potential suitor/s will have already positioned themselves for what appears to be the companies view at this point, take us out before 31 December....I like the potential here for sure.
