The fact you now have IMEC developing a 300mm production process for “intrinsic’s” version of SiOx embedded ReRAM means that they like Weebit with Leti have something the industry is looking for. Issue here is that they both are a 1:1 equivalent and playing in the same market space. This will come down to who can produce the least amount of masking steps and better metrics with lower manufacturing cost’s. Also to eliminate commercial complexities, who from the two have greater jurisdiction over their IP portfolio.

As an investor I would be pinging management to get greater insight as the development of filamentary ReRAM is already oversubscribed and seeing a 1:1 competitor adds fear to what is already a concern.
