I believe even if 4DS lifted the NDA and released technical details the ASX will not know how to value or price in the data.

Put it this way, the current value no way reflects what we already know. 4DS have managed to achieve record metrics on core attributes improving on what was already great and then officially stating to exceed storage class memory requirements in a commercial fab setting.

It can also be said the ASX at some point could over value the share price above the acquisition figure, but for now it is undervalued simply because the ASX don’t understand Speed, Endurance, Retention, Yield, DRAM, Flash/NVM, Cloud / Edge computing, SCM, Fast Data, Storage Market, Fab qualification, 300mm production wafers, BEOL/FEOL, CMOS, Masking (Blueprint), filament vs non-filament, ReRAM, Moore’s Law, 2D vs 3D architecture and so on…..

For example, 4DS have officially stated to achieve best recorded speed at near DRAM speed “exceeds SCM requirements”. For me this is major as this is where Intel miserably failed with XPoint. Also it could potentially mean that they have cracked the speed of DRAM or are close in comparison. SCM requirements are to have near DRAM speed, 4DS have stated to exceed SCM speed requirements.
