All statements released by 4DS would have to be validated by Western Digital and IMEC. Although 4DS due to the NDA are not presenting the market actual metrics, they are on the other hand keeping Western Digital abreast with results throughout the development / collaboration process.

The Joint Development with Western Digital and Collaboration work with IMEC cannot succeed if announcements made to the market referencing technicals are not validated by all parties involved.

Basically we have both “Industry and R&D” representatives or authorities if you will endorsing what 4DS say it can do.
