Relax. Overpromise and underdeliver. That’s managements plan. Plus - the rewards from the tranches/incentive pool are essentially negligible especially given some of the team members previous background and acquisition achieved in their past - except for the final incentive pool. It’s probably there as a form of housekeeping. All in my opinion of course.
