    My comments are more general, and relate to the ASX rather than 4DS.

    Company managements have been told to NOT release news unless its material, by the ASX definition.

    Thats wrong. And its open to abuse.

    Given all previous patents have been announced, I feel this one should have been too. Especially as the 2nd to last, and especially as the value of 4DS IS patents.
