    I presume they'd at least say something in regards to the commercial acquisition (i.e. expected timeframe until completion of, or announce it), unless there's more work to do.

    I was about to say they'd have to, it's on the forefront of the SH's minds, but 4DS is too smooth to be bothered by that.
