I'm hoping they will be able to announce some indication of metrics relative to existing memory technologies and what sort of performance gains/savings/reduction in electricity consumption figures could be achieved using 4DS RERAM.

So I think they won't disclose exact figures, but enough to pique everyone's interest.

My hoped for text in the annoucement would be something like this:

"Further development will continue, however, IMEC is satisfied that the results achieved are consistent and repeatable to the extent that we can allow interested parties to assess the technology for use in their own products."

That means 4DS can start to sell the tech in parallel to development advancing to a standalone megabit memory (if they haven't already achieved that). That means those interested parties that have been alluded to in the past can actually get a look at the warez.
