Common sense says WD should take a licence to create first products without having to dip into their pockets. However, they would almost rule themselves out of 100% acquisition, as once they prove up the tech as a commercial product, the value will rocket.
WD needs to satisfy themselves the tech is a winner and try to pick us up comparatively cheap, hence there greater involvement in last 12 months and requests for extra wafers and tweaks. Why I hope we get a cash and or script option.
