My expected next market announcements

1. Annual General Meeting details and resolutions + 4C
2. Results of Annual General Meeting
3. December 2020: Wafer results
4. imec extension
5. December quarterly
6. April/May-ish August 2021: Chips with transistors results and control logic
7. May-ish: Moving forward to produce another set of test chips, this time with both transistors and control logic. Ie: the Megabit chip they will use to attract a buyer (if they haven't already begun discussions with April chips)
8. March quarterly
9. (Likely) HGST/ Western Digital partnership extension (if acquisition talks with the broader industry have not taken focus)
10. July quarter 2021: Acquisition

my target acquisition price is well north of 60 cents per share , which is approximately where the top tier company acquisition incentive bonus for directors and eligible US employees starts. My price target is closer to $1 now or roughly $1B USD acquisition.
