Yes But....
If my memory serves me correctly, I believe there was a change in the company's constitution, years ago, that went along the lines of;
"the company cannot be sold WITHOUT the directors approval" so as to not have it sold by shareholders for an undervalued price.
This i believe was for our best interests, as the true valve is hard to calculate for the non informed.
