    I think 4DS needs majority shareholders approval for final SP? I will not vote anything below usd 1 but I'm tiny fish. Apt got 0 patents, loosing $ on every sale sure it got the brand name and square paid handsomely for brand. I would be really disappointed if 4DS sold for less than 1usd billion.
