The platform lot they are producing now should be the MB chips...

The platform lot they are producing now should be the MB chips they have been aiming for. The February 1st announcement stated:

"The Second Platform Lot is using imec’s memory platform, and containsdense memory arrays with the control logic necessary to read and write selected bits and bytes"

My view is that they need to be finished now, this 2nd platform lot is 12 months in the making and the production/testing has been 6 months. There is no indication this is merely a process to bring them to the last step, this is the end game.
