additionally, the market must be informed at all times. I have concerns re this. We may have a very special product, we may not. We are all supposing we do. I can’t recall who said what, but I recall a report from an AGM we had offers to buy us out, but we were never informed as to how much., when, or why we knocked it back.
I think its time time for full disclosure.
I still believe, but have reservations re disclosure.
The BOD must by law inform us. Bring it.
