    ....soon as Imec signs off on 4DS the confidentiality agreement with them is over.
    ....soon as WD decide to exercise their licensing option, their confidentiality agreement with 4DS ends, allowing 4DS to divulge information for the purpose of pursuing a sale elsewhere.

    I am not saying, I am asking.
