Agree. I also think that many are not actually expecting a big bang announcement but more of the same as previous. It worked, we learnt some things, now we iterate or add a little more to pave the way to a commerical outcome.
While not bad, it doesn't generate a FOMO frenzy as people expect more than likely this isn't done and they'll get another opportunity.
